Nothing is pre-made. Your piece is printed after you order, 1–3 business days to build, then 10–18 business days in transit. Total: 11–21 business days, the same window in the US and worldwide. Business days are Monday to Friday, so weekends and US public holidays are not counted. Free over $100, otherwise a flat $11.99. One speed, one price, no express tier. Every order ships with tracking.

Turned up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, and you don't pay a cent extra. Because each piece is built for one person, made-to-order and personalized items are Final Sale: no change-of-mind returns, no size swaps. Check the size chart before you check out.
