NurseDailyLife ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or make a purchase from our store, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, billing/shipping address, email, phone number, payment details (processed securely by our payment providers, who never store card numbers), and any personalization text you submit (names, credentials, units, dates) which is used solely to produce your item.
  • Device information: browser, IP address, time zone, and pages viewed, collected via cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working and improve it.

We do not collect health information, employment records, or professional licensing data. Credentials such as "RN" or a unit name that you type into a personalization field are treated purely as print text for your product.

How we use your information

  • Fulfill and ship your orders, and send order confirmations and tracking updates.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Screen orders for fraud and risk.
  • With your consent, send marketing emails about products and offers. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in any email.

Sharing with service providers

We share personal information with third parties only to operate the store:

  • Shopify Inc.: powers our online store and processes checkout. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
  • Review apps: collect and display product reviews you choose to leave.
  • Print and fulfillment partners: receive your order details and personalization text to produce your item.
  • Shipping carriers: receive your name and address to deliver your order.
  • Payment processors (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal): process transactions securely.

We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand store performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect checkout.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Personalization text is retained with your order history.
