- Chest (half) - straight across the front only, one inch under the armhole. Double it to compare with a full chest measurement.
- Shoulder - seam to seam across the back.
- Chest - all the way around, one inch under the armhole.
- Sleeve - center back of the neck, over the shoulder, down to the cuff.
- Length (pants) - top of the waistband straight down to the leg opening.
- Waist - relaxed, unstretched. The elastic gives you a few inches more.
- Rise - front waistband down to the crotch seam.
- Hip - widest point around, roughly seven inches below the waistband.

How do I personalize my order (name, credentials, unit)?
On products that offer it, type your details into the personalization box before adding to cart: your name, credentials (RN, LPN, CNA, NP), unit or specialty. Please double-check spelling and punctuation: your item is produced exactly as entered, commas and all.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering, before production begins. Email cs@nursedailylife.com with your order number and the change you need. After that window your item is already being made, so it can't be changed or cancelled.
Will I get a preview or proof before my item is made?
No. Personalized items are produced exactly as the text you enter, so we don't send proofs or preview images. Review your details carefully at checkout, because that's exactly what gets printed.
Can I order for my whole unit?
Absolutely, and we'd love that. For bulk or team orders (10+ pieces, matching designs, or the same personalization style across a group), email us before you check out and we'll help you sort sizes and pricing.
Do you take custom design requests?
Sometimes. If it's a small tweak to an existing design (a different specialty, a different color), ask us. Full custom artwork isn't something we can promise, but we do read every request.

How do I find the right size?
Every apparel product page has a size chart under the size buttons. Tap "Find your fit" before you order. Every number there is the garment measured flat, in inches, not a body measurement. Our pieces sit close to the body, so if you want room to move through a 12-hour shift, take the next size up. Scrub pants are measured differently from tops (length, waist, rise, hip), so read the pants table rather than assuming your top size.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Take the larger one. Nobody has ever complained that their shift is too comfortable. If you want a second opinion, email cs@nursedailylife.com with your usual size and the piece you're looking at, and we'll tell you which one to take. Everything is hand-measured on made-to-order pieces, so allow up to 5% either way.
What sizes do you carry?
Apparel and scrubs run XS through 5XL on most designs. Availability is shown on each product page.
Do you have kids sizes?
Yes. There's no separate kids product to hunt for. On the product page, scroll just past the adult size buttons and open the section marked "Need a kids size? Add it here", then enter the size you need. It's collapsed by default, so it's easy to miss. Full kids measurements sit in the Find your fit chart on the same page, under the adult sizes.
Are the scrubs actually good for a 12-hour shift?
That's what we design them for: breathable fabric, deep pockets, and a cut that moves with you instead of riding up every time you reach for something. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my apparel and scrubs?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors; hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over any printed area. If your facility requires a hot wash or sanitizing cycle, expect faster fading on printed designs. That's the fabric doing its job, not a defect.
Will scrubs hold up to how often I have to wash them?
They are built for a real rotation, not for one photo. Wash cold inside out, hang dry or tumble low, and skip the fabric softener, which coats the fiber and dulls the print over time. What actually shortens the life of a printed scrub is heat: high-heat drying, ironing over the design, or a facility sanitizing cycle. Color will fade faster under those, and that is wear, not a defect.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
We work hard to keep colors accurate, but every screen displays a little differently, so slight variation can occur. Product photos are for illustration; each item is produced to our quality standards.
Can I personalize my item?
On products that offer it, type your details into the personalization box before adding to cart. Items are produced exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling, because personalized pieces are Final Sale.

Returns

Made-to-order changes how returns work, so here's the honest short version. The long version is in our Refund Policy.
What is your return policy?
Your piece is printed for you and only you, so there's no shelf to put it back on. So we can't take returns for a change of heart, or for a size, color, or product picked by mistake at checkout. What we do cover: anything that shows up damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
What if my scrubs don't fit?
Scrub sizing doesn't behave like tee sizing. A medium in one isn't a medium in the other. The size chart is on every product page, and it's worth the thirty seconds before you order, because a size chosen incorrectly at checkout isn't returnable. Stuck between two sizes? Email us first and we'll tell you which one to take.
Are personalized items returnable?
No. Anything with a name, unit, or credentials on it is Final Sale unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We print character-for-character what you type, so give your spelling one last look before you hit order.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't run exchanges. If your item qualifies (damaged, defective, or wrong), you choose: a replacement or your money back. Details in the Refund Policy.
How long until I see my refund?
We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to the card or account you paid with. After that it's on your bank, which usually needs another 3–5 business days to actually show it.

Orders $100 or more ship free, US and international. Under $100 it is a flat $11.99. One speed, one price, no express tier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, most countries worldwide, same 11–21 business days and same $11.99 (free over $100). Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility, and customs can add days we have no visibility into. See our Shipping Policy for the full details.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email once your parcel ships. Allow 1–3 business days for the first scan to appear, then follow it on our Track Your Order page.
My package is lost or arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the product and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
Why not offer express shipping?
Because we could not keep the promise. Every piece is printed to order, and once the parcel leaves us the carrier sets the pace. Charging extra for a faster label that still sits in the same queue is not something we want to do to a nurse.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, within the United States. International PO Box delivery may be limited, so use a street address where you can.
Will orders take longer around holidays?
A little, yes. Nurses Week and the Christmas period are our busiest times, so please order early if it's a gift.

All major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every transaction is SSL-encrypted, and we never store your card details.
Do you offer a nurse discount?
Our prices are already set for nurses, so there's no separate credential check to jump through. Watch for Nurses Week and seasonal promos, or join our email list at the bottom of any page to get codes first.
Why was my card declined?
Usually it's a billing address mismatch or your bank flagging an online order. Double-check the billing address matches your card statement, then try again. If it still fails, email us and we'll send a secure alternative.
How do I contact support?
